LF advice: best high and best low sec Gall exploration ships

Im looking for advice and potential fits for gall exploration ships.. What Im looking for is something that can be fitted for ded and radar sites with the ability to switch to mag. I can armor and shield tank.

Ishtar, hands down. Myrm, Vexor, and Proteus also work well depending on your skill level, spare ISK, and exact target sites.

This. Ishkur works well for high sec combats.
