Tech 3 salvage

Tech 1 ship salvage gives the crappy rig components, Tech 2 ship salvage gives the good rig components.

Why is Tech 3 ship wreck salvage so crappy... it's at best a mix of the two, but usually worse than tech 2 frigs.

Seems like those babies should give some of that elite wormhole stuff, or something.

Possibly because it arrived on the highsec station already in structure and so being suicide ganked, had nothing left to give?

Maybe you should really hold off flying the T3s for awhile.

It seems the last time you got popped, you lost Making Sense lvl 1.

I would say you probably would need a T3 Salvager to make the most of a T3 wreck, you know, like a T2 Salvager is best for T2 wrecks. And yes, I know no such animal exists, just saying this would be why.
