Cap parts have been built and are in the station?
that means, I have to fly 74 times with a frighter to the POS and back to station ... holy ****...

you're getting a titan for 2/3rds cost and you're bitching about the need to fly a freighter between the station and the pos?

also, that's 58.5km3, so that figures to be 60-64 flights for an obelisk. just sayin. figure 30s align, undock times, making it ~2m a trip...two hours saves you what, 35b after the POS cost and sov bills?

Its not a titan until its build.. parts are parts and nothing more nothing less.. nowhere near 80b worth ~66b is the value of the parts. The argument that its 2/3 titan is dumb because the most tricky/risky part is not building parts but building the hull for 6 weeks without the csaa dying.
