It's almost two weeks since the last update and Eve files seems to still have trouble. Any news on alternatives we can use to upload our videos?

I could put my video in Dropbox and send a link to it, for example.

I spoke with Chribba yesterday. He said he expected it to be up either today or tomorrow.

Sorry for the low amount of updates, but both Aldap and I have been very busy.

That's OK, real life comes first, after all.

And soon I can upload my video, so everything ends well and all that.

Do you have to win the fight or can it just be a long battle of 1 v 2 and then you almost died but got out in time?

I was the 1 off course.

It was epic in my head just not sure if you have to win the fight or not to submit it?

I'm pretty sure you don't have to win the fight. Just as long as it follows the rules set forth by the contest. I personally was planning to submit a fight where I was grossly outnumbered, but managed to take several of them out before they finally got me. (unless i find a better fight between now and the deadline of course.

As Tho'mas said, it is more a matter of the fight meeting our requirements and you are doign something awesome. It doesn't matter that you lose your ship or only get few kills as long as the stuff you do is a showcase of great pvp skills that makes the fight fun and interesting to watch.

I just tried for the last 2 hours to upload anything on eve files and it still ain't working for me :(

I've tried Chrome, FF, and IE....

Sorry, I got to 5% this time, then the connection errors started happening again. I'm forced to upload with MediaFire now.

Chribba is having unexpected problems with evefiles. He has done a lot of work trying to get it up and he deserves a thanks for that.

However I have found an alternative. Feel free to use http://www.mediafire.com/ instead for your submissions.

Luckily I finally did post my submission. Video and details are send, but I somehow don't think my entry will make the cut.

But at least my incompetence will be worth a laugh. Lol

Edit:

I think after the contest is over I will make a director's cut of my other failures and upload the video to Youtube. Highlights will include stuff like me forgetting to switch on my tank or the case of getting executed by gate sentries. Maybe I can even splice in some clips from an older video where my cruiser tries in vain to lock stealth bombers dodging me at a gate in FW-LowSec. (If I haven't deleted it yet, that is.)

Soon! One more weekend left to roam around and see if I can get an even better fight than the ones I've already recorded.

Then I just have to decided which fight to submit...... Really not sure which I should send in.
