Unable to login to Singularity

Hello,

I just resubscribed to EVE about an hour ago, however I can't logon to Singularity. I also had to reset my password because I forgot it.

Is this synced on a schedule? When can I expect to be able to login? Is it possible that I get this done manually?

It all depends on when the snapshot was last taken. If you weren't an active subscription at last snapshot then you don't get to play, and hope the next snapshot includes your renewed subscription.

Incorrect.

Accounts are re-activated automatically by a script roughly within 72 hours of re-subbing (Can take slightly longer if it messes up a run - script seems to miss people every so often from what I've seen)
