Have you ever heard the saying "don't fly what you can't afford to lose"?

You sir, disgust me, for putting all of your eggs in one basket.

Corps have to protect themselves from awoxers too. How do we know you didn't shoot first? We don't. You should try out corps the same way corps try you out. Don't put all your isk in one basket when first flying with them.

Did you somehow miss that even battleclinic is littered with their blue on blue faction BS kills, and that they'd done exactly the same to a Navy Apoc 7 minutes earlier, in the same system?

Sorry bud, you choose not to do a little research on the guys you were trusting to not stab you in the back while smiling at you. Your choice, your problem, not ours, not CCPs.

Repercussions are up to you to provide, how you go about it is up to you.

As for undocking in everything you own, you won't do that again will you?

Consider it a lesson in the nature of Eve, albeit quite a pricey one.

You deserved it for one simple reason, Eve is harsh and those that are weak feed the gaping maw that is Eve Online. Eve is an ocean filled with sharks, the fish don't live long. If those sharks didn't eat you alive, someone else would, it's only ever a matter of time in Eve.

You failed multiple core Eve rules.
1. Always do as much indepth research on people you mean to associate with.
2. Never fly what you can't afford to lose.
3. Don't fly what you aren't properly skilled for (I can tell you aren't for that Mega).
4. Blind trust = swift death. Welcome to Eve!

Dear lord, please help me deal with the insufferable....

yeah you're all pretty much right more or less.
as far repercussions from me the only thing thats gonna happen is training skills for the gametime i bought and then uninstalling since i got 2m left and i have no interest in grinding level 3s untill i get back up a standard mega. i used it for L4s (a little different fit) |and i wasn't gonna die in them so... all it took was one -friendly- fleet invite. and no, i did not attack FIVE of my corp members first.

You can run 4's in a BC, sure it's not optimal but it's certainly doable and more profitable than running 3's, especially when you either 3rd party the salvage or run missions for 90 minutes, bookmark the pockets as you go and then spend 15-20 minutes in a Noctis cleaning up your mess before the oldest wrecks expire.

Nobody is suggesting that you shot at your corpies first. They ganked you because shiny ships often have shiny fits, because they could, and because it's fun.

i dont think i have the skills to do L4s with my cane, especially when i invested almots all of my recent skills to galentes / rails. and yes, one guy in this thread suggested i started attacking them. me being a little naive and too trusty i didn't look into the corps kill log.

you can quit the game or accept it as emergent gameplay, HTFU, then sell a plex so you can buy a t1 BS

if you've gone Gallente and rails, I'd hope that you've got some drone skills, a well tanked Myrmidon with some targetted e-war and a bay full of drones should do nicely.

That's Malcolm, he's being sarcastic.

Trust has to be earned, naivety is soon cured, usually by the same experience you just had.

Why would you? Violencing your corp mates ships is allowed, no Concord response, flags or kill rights for doing so is deliberate. Awoxing wasn't what they had in mind when the implemented it, but neither are a lot of things in Eve.

Eve is like touching something hot, you either learn, or you burn.

If you can't be sure that the group you are joining can be trusted (which is most of the time) stay in an NPC corp forever, or create a 1 man corp and drop it if you get wardecced.
Awoxing in a corp is far too easy and there's no reasonable way to avoid it except "don't be in the corp", so just go for that one.

Was about to lecture you about faction fitting mission ships for +1% performance over a T2 fitted. But then I realized you got lucky. Better now with a ship worth less than a day of work, even for a new player, than later where you could lose months of work...

Also.. There are consequenses for them. All kills going to a killboard will be reeadable with real life suspiciousness level 1 and google searching level 2.

I've already offered my services as a mediator in this dispute, but the accuser seems to be unwilling to divulge more information about the circumstances surrounding this, and threatened to quit eve. myndzha, contact me ingame if you want some information about how to avoid this in the future. Oh, and stop cussing people out just cause you lost some space monies, it doesn't make friends very fast. It does suck losing nearly a bill in a day though.
