Arrow Toon is great for anybody wanting to skip some of the boring skills needed for combat toons.
Arrow 1.1m sp's in gunnery.
Arrow 2.7m sp's in missiles.
Arrow 3.5m sp's in spaceship command.

Attention Has no remaps available but his attributes are pretty much evenly spaced out as you can see when you look at the sheet.
Attention Has a full set of +3's and full set of misc hardwirings, most are for missiles.

Idea Positive Wallet, Will be in positive space and has positive sec status. This toon will re reciving iskies, and all CCP rules apply bla bla bla.

Skills

Arrow Starting Bid 500m
Arrow Bid Increments: 250m
Arrow Reserve: There actually is a reserve and it will be hidden until met.
Arrow Buytout: 4 Billion
