[BUG] Standart containers CAN NOT BE PROBBED

Standart containers CAN NOT BE PROBBED using CORE/COMBAT probes. This is game-breaking mechanics as you can literally can stock your stuff for 2 hours in space w/o any risk someone will find it.

CCP please take a look at this.
