Improovements for the Mobile depot and mobile tractorbeam

These are simple things.

For the Mobile Depot, two features need to be added.

1, an option to set it up for corporation.
2, an automated eve mail system to let the owner know it was attacked.


For the Mobile Tractorbeam.

An ability to salvage all owned wrecks and those that are abandoned. If they can be destroyed, why not allow the ability to salvage?
For the bpo only one additional part would be needed to build.

agreed that a wreck that is shootable should bea valid target for salvage drones auto-salvage and for the MTU.

I think the mobile depot being restricted to personal use is important for balance purposes. Although it would be cool if the WETU version had unique functionality allowing for corp usage/scoopage.

Fleet access for MTU's would be a useful tool as well.

If you are in the fleet of the original launcher, access is granted to the fleet (or can be granted to the fleet) much like the Orca fleet hanger and Maint. hanger

You're not doing lazymode properly unless you bring Salvage Drones along with your MTU.
