Any ship you can fit turrets on can use Miner I / II or even Modulated Deep Core Miner II. However you will have to mine into a jetcan, which is risky.

Procurer is the bottom-rung mining barge for price, and it only requires one strip miner.

This is the best advice evar! If you get a little unwanted touching, quit playing. You'll be PvP'ing with the leet gods of nullsec in no time with that beta male advice. Often seen in local is some take on this dialog:

p1> Did you see the way that guy logged off?
p2> Freakin' epic man.
p1> That guy is my hero, the way he can just, quit playing like that

I wonder if this advice can apply to other situations?

Yeah, I think it works great. You're really onto something with this. "Come to Eve, if someone messes with you, just logout" would be an excellent marking slogan. Maybe put it in "Be a Little ***** in a Video Game" magazine or something.
