Since we can make big boobs on female characters why can't we have an option to make our male characters to have a huge bulging crotch if we want it ???

And, I think CCP could make some big bucks if they offered some EVE related consumer items. I see keyboards out there for WOW and Battlefield 4, etc. Why not an EVE Online keyboard?
And some EVE clothes would be great, a leather bomber jacket with EVE embroidery, t-shirts, etc...

CCP is trying to focus on their core business. My suggestion would be to mock up some items and write up a business plan to present to them.

If they like it they might sign an agreement with you.
