! -7.5 sec status. unable to enter Gallente hi sec due to terrible standing.

I'm not playing that much eve, it's a bit pity to keep this toon in my hand. I dont have time to fix its sec status or standings.(I tried then give up). If you're planning to throw him into faction warfare or low/null soloing, this shouldn't be a problem. At least I dont think I'm facing that much inconvenience. This is a toon for those who know.
