The gate switched out coordinates? Looks like Nasty is still there, fighting against it's removal :p

Man the biggest thing I've ever lost was my wallet, losing a stargate must be a job-ending event at CCP. I'm curious to hear the explanation for this one...

So CCP releasea deployable MJD's and a stargate, jealous about a titan's ability to move, decides to have a go at it...

You guys do know that scramming it will stop it from MJD-ing out right?

Even better!

Imagine CCP would have lost track of the gate's connections... You think you jump to Josameto but land in B-R5RB :D

It just occurred to me that pen lids slightly resemble some gates.

Well you know you don't always land exact on warp one could assume that happens with jumps also. And dear god I hope no dev sees this and get bright ideas.

Server hiccups aren't going to move the ******* gates, dude. And I would never let you work for me without a degree, let alone the most basic knowledge of client-server interaction.

In my life long crusade to rid Eve of the silly and limiting gates, i admit I moved it with magic pixie dust, as a test.

Is this intended? Before downtime today the stargate to Josameto in Otela was in the same place as the last years, in orbit around the planet IV cluster. Now it is somewhere in the middle of nowhere. However if I open the map it shows at its old place.

Here's a screenshot of me at the gate, just after the jump, with the map open so you see the gate on grid but on the map it's some 16AU far: > linky <

I cleared the cache just to be sure, still the same. Are other stargates affected?
