When to remap p/w again

I just want some different opinions, I've spent the last 1.5 years remapped I/P training mainly I/M skills maxing out my support skills (stupid I know, should have checked evemon). This is to be a subsap character. Here is my skill sheet for reference: http://eveboard.com/pilot/idicious_lightbane

What I'm still looking at training in this remap is:

Signal Dispersion 5
Nanite Interfacing 5
Nanite Operation 5
Biology 5
Nanite Control 5
Neurotoxin Recovery 4
Cybernetics 5
Graviton Physic 4
Infomorph Psychology 5

Concidering Astrometrics 5, JDO 5, JDC 5, JFC 4 and Jump portal generation 4 for Black Ops.

I'm torn between doing that and never having to remap I/M again or finishing off Cybernetics and drug skills and be done with it, just want some opinions.

Train them and start training some ships already. You can max out rest in 3-4 years.

2 things:

jump portals on BOBs aren't affected by JP skill.
infomorph psychology is cha/will
