24 Mil SP All round pilot returning and in need of a home!

Hello,

I am a returning EvE player who hasnt played in about 1 year. I have 24 mil SP and about 1 Bil isk. I enjoy mining and PvE as its my main income but really would like to do some PvP as its something I have never really done before.
I am looking for a relaxed UK / close to GMT timezone corp. I would like to learn some PvP and do regular PvP Operations that are within my timezone. In between doing PvP Operations I would like to go around doing PvE and mining. Preferably it would be perfect if the corp has their own space they are renting in low/null sec so I can mine some good belts and have some decent rats to fight.

In short I need:
- UK Timezone Corp (GMT)
- Regular PvP Operations for me to learn on
- Teamspeak
- low/null sec space for me to farm rats and mine
- Will still need to go to highsec to help my newb friends out

Some IRL info about myself:
- I am 18 and from Essex, UK.
- I work full time as a application developer
