It's almost enough to restore my faith in humanity.

Most indeed.

It's surprising though, how the anti-science Luddites are so adept at hashtag games.

One does wonder why he wasn't allowed to keep the arm.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

I'm actually quite partial to whole-brain-data uploading and realtime (or better than realtime) simulation.
Hope I'm still alive* by the time that's possible.

*and by "alive" I mean "my brain data can be recovered for eventual uploading".

I'm not the only one that wants to become a full-body cyborg, am i? Not that there is anything wrong with my natural body, it just can't compare to the awesomeness of a cyborg one.

I got lost in thought... it was unfamiliar territory.

Id rather tweaks here or there. Full body is overkill imo.

Now the question is, do you wat to look like a human, lke a borg or like a 40k tech priest?

Well, sometimes human, sometimes something like Briareos. As long it is too expensive to have several bodies, i would go for the human one first.

I am big into prosthetics. I have been following their development for close to 20 years now and this is making me so happy that I am crying.

I would love to get into the field of fitting and repair, but the relocation required to get within proximity of a school that teaches the required curriculum is not possible Ugh
