LP rewards for killing: any hard-written system?

There is WiKi about FW in general. This article gives formula for LP calculation. In general this is about "ship + destroyed modules price"/10000.

However i found lately that many items are excluded from this calculation:
- Leopard
- Caldari Navy Wasps
- Drake Navy Issue
- Genolution Ca-3/Ca-4
- ... ?

Asked support about Leopard. It is excluded because it was given for free to each account so it is considered as free. Ok. Sounds reasonable.

Would like to know about other items.

PS: it is very each to check - just look at killmail generated in Eve client and you will see. For example: pod with full Genolution set + assorted implants with total 77 million ISK. Or cargo-expanded Iteron V with Drake Navy in cargohold (drake was destroyed) with total of 4 million ISK.
