can't handel the damage calc from my weapons (FPS dips / lag)

When I am on a mission and shoot a NPC (Hit and see the damage in the log) i notice a dip in the FPS. As i play more and in the pockets with many NPC's or a WH site, after a while, this goes mad and it is a big drop (Spike lags). This happens when i do damage to the NPC, all weapons drones, guns, missiel. It's like it can't handel the damage calc from my weapons.
It's been going on some months. The dips gets bigger as i play for longer time. In the first spawn of a WH all is good. This happens with interval one on both performace and quality, with and without effects, HQ on off and so on... the FPS graf looks the same.

Specs:
Windows 7 (Basic theme)
Intel core i7 920 2,67 GHz (Temp during gameplay 55)
Ati 5870 (Temp during gameplay 60, and newest driver)
12 GB ram
Intel SSD and a 7200 1 TB were i tried to install the game on, and same behavior

Tried:
Reinstall eve (more then once)
Many gfx settings in eve /see above)
Remove sound from eve
Uninstall programs runing in the bafckground (Including virus program and firewall)
Setting eve client priority to high in task manager.
Uninstall ati controlcente
Drinking quit a bit and gameing (Still saw the spikes, it like freez for a split second) Blink

Wrong forum might try EVE Technology and Research Center ยปIssues, Workarounds & Localization or even bug report it Blink
