SuperCap superiority

So recently we had two interesting supercap related events.

1st the titan massacre that ended the halloween war.
2nd that the BL /CFC weird friendship was in fact related to supply of supers.

This suggests to me that it is too easy to create a Supercap monopoly (or duoploy in this case).
There have been previous calls to lower the mineral requirements of supers so that more people can afford to build and lose these things. I add my voice to this call.
In addition i would suggest removing the sov requirements for building these. Let them be built in 0.4 or lower systems.
More being built means more baby supers killed.
It means more easily replaced so more usage of them (the build time should stay very long ofc).
It means more people can run super related scams.
More people having access to supers will lead to more super ganks.

Tl:Dr.
If a group like BL has problems sourcing supercaps then clearly all smaller groups will have problems sourcing them. This tends to hegemony and is bad for eve.

That makes things even worse, now Goon/PL can have EVERYONE in a super. And kill who that don't want in supers.

This not only means everyone and their grandmother will have a titan (40m+ EHP) but also you'd be able to build them in WHs.

I don't have a super nor I have any experience or whatsoever of flying one / being in a fleet with etc., but IMO easier access to supers will break the game on too many levels.

wrong direction. Supercaps are bad for the game, making them more prevalent doesnt help anything.

Fair enough. i have no issues with getting rid of them either. I just don't like the fact that so few people have control over their production that they can use them to leverage behaviour of even powerful null sec mercs.
Available to all (with all the normal risks) or available to no one. I don't care which.
Also just don't let them be built in WH's. Solves that issue.
