Hey!
I just reactivated my old Eve account and i am not able to make a one year skillplan.
Can anyone help me?

Seems, you are a Minmatar freak.

You can skill the Vargur for missions to expert. Bring your drones to expert. Inculdes your shield skills.

For anomalies and explorations you can skill your scanning skills to expert.

And very nice web app by the way.
However you might need to add some SEO weight on "certificate/ certificate planner" or else. I have been searching on Google for an app like that all the week without result :)
Anyway, now it s in my bookmarks :D

I also have no idea what I am doing. But would be glad to help you out.

Explosive Armor Comp to 4 at least would be a useful tank add (and minimal train time) if you armor tank frequently.
T2 Sentries are awesome and you're close to getting them.
If you're trying to min/max a ship cybernetics 5 can let you put a lot of bling in your head (for say 5% tracking bonus).
Consider T2 armor, Shield, or cap rigs - They can make that small difference.

If you are going to scan I would take astrometrics to 5 and bring your others up a bit to make life easier.
