"back in old days" there was Doomsday testing alliance so ppl not in alliance could build their SISI Supers. (not anymore)

Are there any options for non sov players? Without "make your own alliance, claim a sov, upgrade it etc.."?

you could ask if anyone has sov. just join their alliance/corp and you can build

Yes, there is..


Find a corporation which already took the time to set up alliance, claim a sov, upgrade the system, put capital building arrays in place. And build them yourself...

Other than that, you can beg someone do build it for you, which is highly unlikely to happen.

Hey, after the mirror im going to setup an aliance and claim some systems for superbuilding, if you woul like to join/help building you are welcome to join after the mirror. Please leave me an EVE mail about it :p

I want to claim sov just to see how it works, and put up capital array, etc. Can make an entire "home away from home" in a system, with tons of towers and stuff. That's what the test server is for. And if you don't go through a bit of a process the super will lose its epicness. There's plenty of available sov on the test server, you only need 1 system and no one can claim it once you have claimed it, and you can freighter the resources there with no players interfering.

The only problem is that there's no sov nearby the free fire system, I wish some of the NPC space around the free fire system was released for player sov claims.

Never seen anyone want to stab themselves in the hand before, but hey, Claim a system withing roughly 8-10 lightyears away, and max out your jump drive calibration skill, and you'll be able to hop back and forth.
