Hello everyone,

I currently have my first alt training for 3 weeks now basic skills required for a stealth bomber, was actually doubting between a ratting ship or solo stealth bomber, but after reading some blogs and watching video's I've fallen in LOVE with stealth bombers.

I however have trouble finding a good fitting for a Solo Nemisis stealth bomber. I have looked everywhere on the internet, but the detailed ones I could find were all from ~2009-2011 and thus I am really afraid I will waste SP's once I decide to follow them.

Could any of you please show me a good, recent, fitting for a solo nemesis? :) . Any help is much, much appreciated.

I have had good fortune using this type of fit on a few of my toons hunting tier3 battlecruisers. It's hard to give you an ideal fit when you didn't specify what you would like to hunt though. If it is a turreted, preferably droneless enemy, and you are in high or low sec then the above will work fine, or at least give you something to start from.

For null sec think torps, bomb launcher, long point and mwd.

All of your targets will be big slow things. Frigs to cruisers will mess you up. Good luck!

Solo bomber PvP play can be an awful lot of fun, but it’s not for everyone. Given the essentially tank-free nature of bombers you do need to be careful with your target selection and how you manage the engagement.
An active-tanked (usually expensive) bomber can tank a flight of light combat drones and javelin torps will kill them. All the same a solo bomber needs to be very careful around drones as they can ruin your day very quickly.

Do yourself a favour and invest some time and effort in forum searching and google searching. You will find lots of good information about solo bomber antics (and also lots of bad info of course). Sort thru that and if it’s the sort of thing that appeals to you get out there and give it a go.

I’ve also been in the habit of recommending the Bombers Bar to wannabe bomber doods, but they’re going through a bit of finding themselves at present and I am not sure how viable they are right now. Still worth a look.

Just remember, solo tier3 BCs are incredibly squishy to a couple bombers. Don't use a med shield extender though, frigates/drones will still drop you in seconds, better to keep the sigrad low and avoid getting locked up in the first place.
