Greetings All

Stealing Honest Manufacturing Investment is planning a re-opening.

This thread is for discussion of [SH4U] plans for a new general manufacturing/Industry investment fund. This offering is to be in the range of 50b Isk. It will be anchored by SHSG and encompass all of its subsidiary branches.

There will be 51'000 shares in total @ 1m Isk each. 1000 of these shares are locked down for legacy share members. 15'000 shares are for core base investors (infrastructure partners), with 35'000 remaining shares open to the public.

The plan is to manufacture with our base bpo list, using bpc copies. We will also buy, sell, trade for all opportunity costs.

What I'm asking in this thread is for you the public to give idea's and feedback so we can make this launch work.

Please reply with concerns, questions, and/or ideas.

Thank You

I might be interested in this investment. However, I have several concerns:

1: You just issued a 5B isk bond. Is there a reason you must increase your capital ten-fold so soon?
2: Would you be willing to flesh out your business plans beyond "we're producing stuff" e.g. is this going to be localized, private deals, a particular hub, what is your expected ROI on the investments...
3: Would you be willing to be subjected to an audit?
4: Collateral would do much to ease concerns.
5: These infrastructure partners, would they be willing to offer their support and some form of confirmation as to why they feel safe giving you what amounts to 15B isk?

If I feel like my questions are adequately answered, I would be interested in purchasing about a thousand shares. Also, at what time would you be starting this IPO?

1: The 5b is an Xmas Fun bond, for the giving Xmas Joy, it is not linked to this offering.

2: We will be willing to flesh out the offering, including ROI, what we are building, and some details on distribution.

3: We will not undergo another audit.

4: Yes it would, and we agree.

5: Perhaps, I'll ask them to see what they say.

They dont work for me.

Im sorry to be 'that guy' again, but whenever someone is taking 2 loans within a short amount of time i automatically think ponzi scheme. The fact that you dont want to be audited makes me think you dont want us to know what you're doing with the xmas money you just recieved. Id also like to hear more about why you are not offering any collateral. Surely you must have some pvp ships, or plexes or something to show for your 4 years playing eve.

i like the idea of Exploratory Threads.
Keeps trolling and the offering in 2 different threads, very clever.

(legit) offerings did this all the time in 2009, in fact we encouraged people to create a discussion thread before posting the "real" offering.

No reason to be sorry Eddie, your points are valid so I will address them as best I can at this time.

The Xmas Fun Bond is for holiday cheer, and will be wrapped up and placed in the investors stockings with care. Spreading Laughter and Joy cause Stealing Claus had just been there.

Ok that made me chuckle a bit...... onto your real issues.

I'm not here to pretend im a poor slob with no assets begging "Brother can you spare a dime". We all know im not, and that it would be an insult to potential investors to claim empty pockets.

What i am is light on liquidity, as most in MD knows this is the main issue with new ventures. This means i have to reduce stock before its ready to go to market, or liquidate assets at less than ideal rates to quickly fill my liquidity. I dislike both of these options unless forced as a last resort.

Collateral is not and never has been an issue for any of my offerings, this one is no exception. It is as always about rates, risk comfort levels, length of offering and usability of said assets in lockdown. This is always where potential investors and myself hash out the general details, we start with higher rates, and less collateral and work to find common ground.

Audits are a thorn in the side of MD, not because their is anything wrong with them, but because the whole process is a total mess. I will not go through that again...period.

Yes SH is 4 1/2 years old, but as most people know, my other characters are older. I have been in Eve since early 2005. My alts are well known to MD forum goers, and Signature / SEC Lounge chat room members (3 spots where most of the investors live).

People know what i build, what i trade, and where i ship spin. They know what 0.0 groups im tied to, what Faction War side i belong to, and the fact that i hate mission running so have never done it to make isk. They know my wife has played Eve longer than i have, and likes to blow people up to see the pretty colours.

I have to finish my Honey'Do List, but will monitor this thread for more questions.

SHSG / SH4U Rough Draft of 50B Proposal Offering

• Chapter 1 - Summary of the SHSG Family of Corps
• Chapter 2 - Current business
• Chapter 3 - Corporate Governance
• Chapter 4 - The Business Plan
• Chapter 5 - Statement of Assets
• Chapter 6 - Disclosure of Risks
• Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy
• Chapter 8 - Dividends, Rates of Return
• Chapter 9 - FAQ

Chapter 1 - Summary SHSG Family of Corps

SHSG is a small speculative trading corp that augments its income through umbrella corps. These corps are tasked with specific roles for revenue, production, logistics, distribution, accounting, marketing and small scale banking.

Stealing Honest Speculation Group [SHSG]: This is the main corp for us, and handles all of our long term trade holds.

Stealing Honest Manufacturing Investment [SH4U]: This is our manufacturing corp. It handles all industry related tasks.

Vapor Sea Express [VSEX]: This is our transportation branch. It handles all logistic needs.

Eve Phased Credit Bank [EBNKS]: This is our credit loan service. It gives collateralized smaller sized loans, building credit for account holders to reduce their collateral needs for future loans.

Micro Loan Services Inc [LOANZ]: This is a micro loan service. It gives very small loans to newer players at low to no interest rates. It's a help tool for the corp to gain loyalty base and grow a client list. It was the basis idea for [EBNKS].

Trusted 4U [CHRBA]: Corporation for Holdings, Reserves, & Banking Assets for MD Investments, Bonds, IPO's and other general MD 3rd Party Needs. We are using this corp as a basic 3rd party service for smaller transactions related to some of our other corps.

• Chapter 2 - Current business

Our current business is no secret. We engage in general speculation for a range of products. These include any and all things we think will hold/gain value over short term 6 to 12 months, to longer term 15 to 24 months. We also engage in manufacturing, margin trading, distribution, transportation, small banking & some 3rd party.

• Chapter 3 - Corporate Governance

Our basic structure has never changed, and is still all follows:

SHSG is run by a single CEO, Stealing Honest. The corp has a single director (My Wife), who acts as CFO and helps operate the company budget. The corp is a dictatorship, and carries a 100% Tax rate.

No wallet access will be given to any employee, partner, contractor, or investor at any time. NO other persons will ever be promoted to director status. This corp will act as a command and holding corp for any and all expansions within New Eden.

• Chapter 4 - The Business Plan

Business as usual. We enjoy a level of success with our slightly casual, but tuned in play style. We plan to use the funds of this offering to increase liquidity to continue to our operations.

These areas of operation include but are not limited to

• T1 Ship Manufacturing
• Station Trading
• Low Sec Seeding
• Speculation
• BPO Research / Copying
• 0.0 to Low/High Sec Transfers/Seeding
• T2 Distribution
• Freight Servicing
• Small/Micro Loan Services
• Exploitation of opportunity costs

As you can see, we are not reinventing the wheel. Our area's of focus all make isk, some better than others, but all are profitable. We plan the following in detail with this offering ......

1. Increase our rate of manufacturing from bpc's, and add a new location for this manufacturing.
2. Seed a 2nd low sec area from our current area for T1ships.
3. Increase T2 distribution and add transfer service to a new 0.0 location.
4. Freight Service Upgrade.
5. Add liquidity for opportunity costs in the above areas.

• Chapter 5 - Statement of Assets

SHSG holds the following in current assets in general guestimation.

• Liquid Isk - 2.4b Isk
• Ships - 10b Isk
• Long Term Hold - 12b Isk
• Short Term Hold - 5b Isk
• BPO's - 30b Isk
• Margin Rotation 5.1b Isk
• Loan Book 17b
• Infrastructure - 15b
• General Loose Assets (Hangars, minerals, ect) - 6b

Total - 102.5b

• Chapter 6 - Disclosure of Risks

You know what we do, you can see the risks involved. Post questions and ill address them.

• Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy

We plan to pay out when the bond completes. The other details are still up for discussion with investors. This Bond will offer a roll-over at end date if we feel it's in the best interest of all involved to continue for a longer period.

• Chapter 8 - Dividends, Rates of Return

Collateral - 2.5%
Non Collateral - 3.75%
Special No Collateral - End of Loan lump sum payout 4.75% ( x6 cycles paid at loan end )

These rates are starting points for discussion.

• Chapter 9 - FAQ

Q: What is the length of this offering?
A: 180 days

Q: Will you allow early pullout?
A: We will allow for a withdraw at the 90 day point.

Q: Will you promise to still love me in the morning?
A; Sure um ...whats your name again baby?

Q: How do we know you will be successful?
A: Everything we have done so far has met with success. We may be slow and steady but everything turns a profit, and we forge ahead.

Q: Will you promise me sunshine, lollipops, and a rainbow pony?
A: What we offer is a balanced offering for risk/reward at a reasonable rate.

Q: When will you launch?
A: After the debate period is over and the Xmas Fun Bond is put into peoples stockings with care.

His big cash in bank scam failed, so this is a close second. However, this has been floated for like 2 months or some ****, so I'm pretty sure this is a flop too.

It's a good lesson to all the latecomer repgrind scammers though. This guy spent over a year grinding rep, and he's got absolutely nothing to show for it.

Honestly though, with such a liberal application of 4U tickers and various other dead giveaways, I don't think this quite fits the rep grinding into payout model. He's clearly gunning to take a fraction of this offering's value, but have more than enough smug from how obvious it was to power trolling for months.
