Hi All,

I'm looking for somewhere that will make me enjoy EvE again.

Having a family has taken a bigger chunk of my time within the last couple of months and i don't get to play anywhere near what i used to ruling out wormhole life that i used to enjoy (i've spent 3 years in them, i know how much time i'd need in order to commit to living in them) .

The biggest factor for me in EvE is skillful PVP, I'm not a blobber so if you're looking for more cannon fodder i'm not interested, but what i'll happily throw ships at is small scale/solo pvp, feeling like there is always more that i can learn having primarily played with frig/cruiser pvp.

Not having another account for isk making this has always meant that i also PVE in order to fund my PVP addiction (lol), not being a fan of running missions but enjoying doing complexes, sleeper sites and in the past having run incursions but not having anywhere near the pimp ships required to run them these days.

I'm UK timezone being on mostly during the weekend and occasionally during the week for short periods, i've tried to cover as much as i can think of but any questions and i'll reply here throughout the day.

About:

Mafia Redux started as a small gang corporation, and was founded by a tight group of players who have been playing EVE off and on since 2005. We've lived in Empire, and roamed the local 0.0 areas, terrorizing the sov holding alliances, carebears, and picking fights that generally weigh in the enemies favor.

Today we're a medium-sized group of pilots, we have a strong presence in the USTZ and a growing presence in the EUTZ. We specialize in small/medium gang PVP, in the 0.0 environment. We fly a mixture of ship types, often fight outnumbered, and will engage even if the fight is not in our favor. Taking risks is part of what EVE is about, and we take those risks.

We roam lowsec and 0.0 looking for fights out of our C5 Wormhole. Individual pilot skill is a critical aspect of our corporation and often determines the outcome of our battles.

The only drawback I'd see in you joining us is that we're mostly a US TZ corp, but we have a smaller player base in AU and EU TZ that we're trying to expand. If you're playing mostly during the weekends though, that'd be less of a problem since we usually have people online all day long on Saturdays and Sundays.

QCATS is a FW corp in Gallente Militia with NBSI ROE that's specialized in solo and small-gang PVP (most of our kills have 1-5 people in the km). We live in Nisuwa, lowsec Black Rise, and we'll engage anything that stays around long enough for us to target. =)

From what I can see in your killboard, you'd fit right in. We mostly fly in frigs and dessies because since the last FW revamp, those are the most common ships around lowsec, but when needed we ship up to cruisers, HACs, BCs, BSs, T3s... We're a very laid corp, and our day to day is just log in, get on comms, undock a ship and go PVP. Call for backup when needed or if you feel like sharing a kill and you'll see a bunch of us jumping to you. We do this in what we call Not A Fleet Fleet, that we use just to be able to warp to each other and to have a channel to link kills. We have 1-2 "proper" fleets (under a proper FC) every week, but they tend to be on US TZ.

We don't have PVE corp activities, but most of us makes our money from FW LP store, that we aquire by sitting on FW plexes while waiting for targets and from killing enemy targets. We offer JF services from Jita, so you don't ever need to go to highsec again!
