Using Corpmail to tell other roleplayers how they're breaking an EULA.

But keep doing that, CCP will never find out!

Takes all sorts, and yeah, some W-Space residents are stupid. Generally, they get weeded out faster than in other places, but every now and again, one slips through.

Tell someone you love them today, because life is short. But scream it at them in Esperanto, because life is also terrifying and confusing.

Seeing as you're (by proxy) in that corp also then doesn't that make you a roleplayer too? Or are you just roleplaying being a roleplayer? One who couldn't take anything of real value so you steal a corp mail that you hope will be controversial?

Afraid it's been done before, by non-roleplayers in fact, in much more exciting ways than leaking a mail. Bear

I object to you labeling all WH residents stupid.

I however like the stupid ones, it keep us in business and provides us funny killmails.

I'm confused, are they roleplaying as idiots? Really just don't get what using an exploit has to do or not do with roleplaying. Also, roleplaying in a video game where everyone flys around in fantastical spaceships shooting each other is just weird.

Wow spies and accusations of exploits. We must be making it big finally. I had no idea we were this interesting!

In all likelihood Erica is right, and this is the alt of another roleplayer. I can't particularly think of any non-roleplayers buttheurte enough at our existence to spy on us in the first place, we're just some scrubs in a low class wormhole. Really not worth the effort for anyone without a personal axe to grind.

Streya is right of course, the pilot who discovered the ghost method already petitioned the GMs and was told it wasn't ruled an exploit yet. Now, I'm sure the person whose alt this is has already petitioned us for exploiting, so we've taken the liberty of sending another petition just to be extradoubleplus sure. Clearly not a very good spy since the spy didn't already know that. Need to work on that intel gathering a bit lads.

Aww, I still love you Saede. Wanna do some sites in Whisper this afternoon?

What if I told you....

The GMs were notified of this "exploit" and they have told us they're investigating it and do not yet consider it an exploit?

What if I told you there's no reason to go all 'OMG GUYZ DON'T TELL CCP' then? Make up better excuses, Exploitylva, or however's that pronounced.

People were proactively encouraged to report the odd AI behavior to CCP, and we have. This was all discussed in a very transparent manner, though you've done a good job of selecting which parts of the conversation to display in order to make us look bad.

We re-petitioned CCP after this was leaked, they said 'we're still investigating.' We're holding off on using or sharing the ghost method until we hear back from them. Of course, our erstwhile spy could share the method now, and there'd be nothing we could do, so if its decided that the move is not gameplay breaking and we're allowed to keep doing it, I'm sure it'll make its way to the forums one way or another.

the spy has been caught, ousted and executed by podding squad. Also, I'm not banned. I must say Leopold, you chose a pretty dumb reason to burn a spy.
