I play EVE from a wide range of places, including places with public wifi. Chances are, you probably were up to no good.

If you file a petition, you will probably get a request for more info within about 2 days.

You can expect a CCP investigator to be assigned, and there are not many of them (3?), so be patient.

The more additional info you can provide the investigator, the better for a quicker resolution.

They do a thorough investigation, which can also take time.

They have the ability to reimburse lost time, should they decide it is warranted in your case.

Im surprised that the ISDs havent locked this thread for breach of the above, unless they know its a troll, in which case....
