Ship used to spin / align after warp

... now it does not. After coming out of warp, the camera just stops as is. Not sure what I did to turn this off. Anyone know how I can turn it back on?

Select Camera Controls button (left of your hp circle when in space, button icon looks like a pyramid)
Turn tracking camera on.
