How would a group be able to go about RPing Sansha's nation? there are plenty of opportunities for RP as an empire sympathizer, but how would I be able to Roleplay as a pirate faction?

Im not looking for far-fetched ideas of ganking incursion fleets or whatever. I just want to know what the extent of that side of RP is? Of all pirate factions, Sansha, I would imagine, would be the easiest to RP as they have more interactive lore than the other Pirate factions (incursions for example).

Any ideas? Also, I would like to have CCP's stance on this if possible? Have any ideas from the backside of things?

If Sansha is your Jam, there is a group already around you could look up, if it interests you.
