Eve causing BSOD

So basically this problem started just over a week ago.

Whenever I would warp into a deadspace complex, the game would freeze up, after a few tries I would be able to make it through. I did, however, notice a sudden drop in performance.

Later, it got worse, and now the game freezes the moment I log in (still in space). It sticks for a few seconds, the screen goes white, and then I get a blue screen of death stating that the reason for the crash was that the "attempt to reset the driver failed to return from timeout." Or something to that effect.

I did not change any graphical settings before this started, and I consistently was running at 60 fps pretty much no matter what I was doing.

I tried updating my graphics drivers with a clean install, this did not work. I tried changing the screen resolution and refresh rate (which I know can cause crashes in some games if they do not match with the in game settings), this also did not work.

My card is a Radeon 7770.

I need help, this is getting frustrating.

Probably the issues with DrectX11. Switch the launcher back down to DirectX9 for now and it should stop it. Remember whenever there is a launcher update it defaults back to 11 again though

Okay, how do I do that?

UPDATE: Okay, that got it. Running perfectly now, thanks.

It's going to take them a while to get DX-11 as polished as the DX-9, new technology for them and all that.
The fact they have started now means that when they stop supporting DX-9 the DX-11 will already be properly polished though.

Yup, don't go "there's no reason to use DX11 right now as it looks exactly the same and actually causes issues", what they're doing is long term testing and that's the best way to do it.
