Shortcuts open/close windows

For some reason the fitting window already does this. ctrl + F opens window, ctrl + F again closes the window...why do the other windows not function the same way?

(without logging in to Sisi to test) All of the windows are now supposed to toggle in that manner. So try again on Tuesday (or jump on Sisi and make sure).

Possibly part of "papercuts", but I don't see it explicitly mentioned and can't find where it was mentioned by a dev.

It was never directly mentioned, but I wanted to put it in there in case it wasn't. I'll check on Singularity.
