Hours for PLEX and $4.95 Reactivation

Not sure if this is the right place to post this topic, but closest I can find.

Anyway, here is my problem.

I had an old account that qualifies both $4.95/months and Hours for PLEX offer.

I don't remember what char is on the account nor the skills/ships/items/ISKs that I had because last time I played it was in 2004.

Reactivation fee of 4.95 dollars a month is a good deal, but if I had nothing in that account I would be paying 4.95 for almost nothing.

On the other hand, if I use the Hours for PLEX offer I can log in for four hours and see what I have in that account first before I actually pay $4.95 for it.

So my question is, can I use the Hours for PLEX option first and then use the $4.95 deal once the 4 hours is passed and the account is deem in-active again? or does using either of the option voids my choice of using the other option?? Does anyone know how this works?

Or, could there be an even better deal for old-inactive accounts once the new patch is out?

Yes, you can use both of them. Hours for PLEX is just that, it gives you a few hours to go on there and do what you need to (presumably to buy/use a PLEX). Once you use your Hours for PLEX, the only way to get more is to either make a petition asking for more or subscribe and then let the account lapse again. But using the Hours and activating other ways are completely independent to my knowledge.

Yeah, hours for plex will give you 4 hours per account, so you can basically use that just to check which one you want reactivated. Then resub that account with the $4.95 offer. WIN!

Just to reiterate: if you use your "hours for PLEX" and then don't resub the account, you won't be able to use "hours for PLEX" again until you resub your account.

Yes, hours for plex is to help someone apply a plex to a closed account without having to petition for it, nothing more.
