Expansions came out with supporting Chronicles.

Seyllin event as an example.

Love a good story. Sad

I miss the days when we got chronicles every month instead of every expansion. And they got included in the community page with breathtaking artwork, instead of having them "stealthily" added to the evelopedia community portal that loads slower than an 8x multiplier skillbook.

And there is a Rubicon chronicle, it's in the expansion page.

A little bit more in game lore would be great.
I think worldbuilding goes a fair distance to making something even more fun, and there's other games I got into through the lore only to stay because I liked the game. ("OOOH that sounds cool, I think I'll try that out")

I still think, to this day, that Apocrypha was still the best launch of an expansion. Reading the breaking news of the unfolding events in Seyllin was extremely exciting! :)

It's a shame we no longer see any fictional videos (CIDA files) or the monthly chronicles and their brilliant art work...

I suppose they got tossed into the big WIS rubbish bin as well...

You know what's amazing? The only leader of the big four that we have heard is Empress Jamyl. Despite how equally important and relevant other leaders such as Shakor, Roden and Ex-Executor Heth are, we've never heard their voices.

This bother's me especially with Heth. We've seen artwork of his loud speeches with thousands of people watching. In EVE: Source, there seems to be even newer artwork with a Heth speech...it looks like the Nuremberg Rally's on steroids. I would love to see videos or at the very least, audio logs of the speeches of the cluster's leaders and other events that took place.

More videos, official stories, art, and other lore stuff would be appreciated. If CCP doesn't have the time to do it, then why not outsource it to the playerbase? All you need to do is set a high standard and make sure people aren't posting crap that belongs on Fanfiction. We all know EVE has some of the most talented and dedicated players out there, especially in our roleplaying community. I've seen great stories, music, art, recordings, videos, and all sorts of stuff come from roleplayers. Give us the opportunity to expand the lore we love!

Watch_ Fred Fred Frederation_ and stop cryptozoologist! Fight against the brutal genocide of fictional creatures across New Eden! Is that a metaphor? Probably not, but the fru-fru- people will sure love it!

And accent! I would be absolutely amazed to hear these people speaking in their native languages, or speaking English in a hypothetical accent.

This is why I love the ambient voices and radio chatter on star gates. Especially in incursion systems. They are a little muffled which leaves me to imagine that they are in native languages. Really adds to the immersion of the world. :)

Agree with all of you, Thanks for posting on my little moan :)

A little more fluff would pad the game slightly. What if you could actually watch news on the TV in "walking in station". It's a bit much to ask at the moment but hey, might mean people actually use the feature.

Screenshots and news articles with a news reader giving a brief update would be grand.

Also, getting the odd Voice recording of the leaders would be cool. Heth particularly as he's come from the low levels, i'd expect him to be a bit.... Broad accented.

I loved the Apocrypha expansion and all of the news of the Seyllin incident. It was a slow day at work for me, and I found myself glued to my computer reading the news feeds.

The battle of Caldari Prime was alright as well, although not nearly as interesting IMHO.

I still have a whole bunch in my hangar, i was collecting them. Good times, nice little read when you found one. Didn't always make sense unless you found the previous one.
