I hate to step in between friends, but I must agree with ISD Ezwal. Think of the forum rules like the Code. ISD Ezwal is exactly like a Knight of the New Order enforcing the code. He even enforces some of the same rules we do as New Order agents, such as no profanity in local, promoting a rich and vibrant community, etc.

In fact, I'd like to ask ISD Ezwal to do an interview with James 315 for www.minerbumping.com that discusses the importance of rules and order. Of course, he would be expected to keep his neutral position.

Hey I'm back, seeing this thread has hit a new page I think I have to post this again. People who genuinely believe this scammer's efforts, don't. The people "admitting" she doubled their money are friends, alts (She has a lot of them, just so you know Pirate) or people who like to troll. Don't give this scammer one tiny bit. After about an hour of waiting for the PLEX I was ready to give him another 800mil isk. (Am I crazy you ask? Yes, extremely so. I had already lost the money I had, and again, I might as well go all out as I originally intended.)

So, I made sure he was "watching" and "taking note" of his balance. I made the deposit on his go, he asked me to enter a "tip" on his bounty so I did that as well, I deposited my last 42mil.

TL;DR - So, I gave him some iskies in return for some juicy evidence of his little project. Mostly because I knew that the evidence already provided was lack-luster and could easily be framed as "troll attempts", "failed deposits" or "people don't read the rules.", etc.

Feel free to PM me if you want the "full story" - And if you want to help me recover the losses I've made, feel free to do so. However, don't feel obliged - I did this knowingly and I expect nothing in return from anyone.

PS: I know that this will quickly be accused asa troll attempt, "false accusations" and all that jazz. Just ask yourself one quick question, why would I spend this amount of time to achieve something if it wasn't valid? What do I have to gain, why would I care? --- Exactly. ;)

Uhh...

Each investment must be at least 2x of what you received just prior.

So 200m would go to 400m. Then you would need to put 800m in, because 800m is 2x 400m.

If the rules were 'Each investment must be 2x of what you previously sent' then you'd be correct in your ire. But it's not.

Please do some research into basic math before you post again o7

Okay you may be right, but given rules the 2nd play is still illegal, because it had to be atleast 800m since she 'Just received' 400m. She only played 400m... So I ask you again, Explain to me how she got scammed again. And by the way the 3rd play at any amount would have been illegal based on the fact she received nothing for her first illegal play. 0x2 = 0.

By the way I'm not trying to make anyone look good. I even said in my 1st post in this thread that it seemed scammy to me. I'm just trying to get through your thick skull that this person 'wasn't scammed' because she did break the rules. Would she have been scammed regardless? Probably... But erotica1 does have an argument in this case.

Yes, the first play broke one rule. This same rule was broken by all three payments (assuming that the person issuing the complaint is telling the truth, which Ero could answer but I will give them the benefit of the doubt).

Ero follows the letter of the rules like a laywer. The rules do not in any way prevent her paying out ISK to people where such a payment is not required by the rules.

I am surprised that noone has spotted the rule that the first payment obeyed but the third one did not.

By the way, Ero, have you considered a career IRL as a laywer? Your mastery of designing tricky small print would suit the career. And you could turn your internet philanthropy into RL good deeds by taking on cases touching on social justice.

Sabriz is Ero's official spokeswoman now? I must have missed the memo. Ero has done a pretty decent job of speaking for herself in the past, and continues to do so. The rest of her supporters (and some neutral parties such as myself) feel it necessary to chime in to combat the libel in this thread. It would be impossible for a single person to answer every accusation levied against Erotica and other Jita business proprietors.
