70b to spend and i want char with nice set of skills : high sp chars please !!!

please NO CALDARI!!! ( only if is something nice with nice name ) any other race fine
name must be nice no 123 etc

i don't want any skills in

Production
Resource Processing
Science ( that is not related with pvp )
Planetary

please post them here or send in mail with asking price and we will go from there .......

Does the char you looking for need to have capital skills or one without it, but well trained in subcap ships, could satisfy you ?

i would like to be able to fly carrier but i still would like to see skill page and go from there if is good char and for what i am looking for yes i can skill them down the road

Has a little caldari stuff but not much

does have kr and a neg sec status but if you live in 0.0 I dont think you would mind.
