Black Screen of Death / Black Screen on Login SOLVE

If you login in choose a character and only get a Black screen and nothing loads.
Means you have the so called black screen of death after Rubicon 1.1 to 1.3

Type WIndow´s Key + R
Fill in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\ if you have Win 7 or up just copy and paste.
Delete all CACHE and safe fillies you can find inside the sub categories.
Restart eve.
