I'm not as enamored with the forum mods myself. No idea how they are compensated, but I also can't imagine taking on such a job for free, so I hope they are compensated well.

It's mostly a labor of love. That's why we're "volunteers" and not "employees".

There are some other obvious perks, of course, like my sweet gray monocle and the way I chuckle to myself when someone in game mentions me without knowing I'm listening. Muhaha! Twisted
