nah, basically anyone that didn't start in 2003 is new to eve. Tho every 100 billion isk or 12 plexes you scammed out of someone can be substituded for one year of playing eve.

So if you started in (for example) 2005 you'd have to have stolen 24 plexes or 200 billion isk to not count as a newby.

I'm still working on my "not a newby anymore" status, naturally it's little bit difficult for me as I started out in 2008 whhich means I'll have to steal 60 plexes, or 500 billion isk.

Stupidity should be a bannable offense.

Fighting back is more fun than not.

I have not tried it yet, although did the dominix and other such drone ships get a substantial buff with the advent of the mobile depot? I would have thought constantly being able to resupply your drones would give some advantage given how quickly drones die to npc's now.

4) carrier fighter drones were a close second choice for carrier ratting are they the new fotm drone for carriers? Would still have to decide on my bs drone choices. Or should i do bare minimum in regukar drones. Grab a conventional weapon system and jump to fighters when get a chance?

5) where can i read about some new game mechanic where u can do refits on ur ships(bs only?) Outside of station. Some people were talking about using scripted omnis then switching to mjd/propulsion when it was time to gtfo
