Please allow us to remove skills for a 50% return

Please allow us to remove (unlearn) skills, returning just 50% of the skill points into the unallocated bank. If 50% seems too much, reduce as necessary. If any % seems too much, reduce to 0%. At the very least, allow us to remove skills.

And yes, you are indeed reading a stealth armor resistance phasing rage post.

CCP, please put in an auto-ban for a week for OP' of duplicate threads, maybe extend it to 2 weeks if the thread they are duplicating is within the first 2 pages.
