It is stuck in the step as in subject.

Id doesn't make sense 709728-709728

Repair.Exe doesn't' work etc ...

Same. Mine is stuck at 100 as well. Reinstalled launcher, redownloaded patch, tried repair. Nothing works. I don't have unlimited internet volume so I'm really not looking forward to download the entire thing again. Every patch it's fingers crossed that it installs without hiccups and every time they slap you in the face.

I have very nice connetcion downloaded within an hour now it is stuck in the same process

Same issue. Trying to run exe directly doesn't work. Repair tool freezes @ 90% every time.

Trying to reinstall game right now.

Complete joke that a game this old has so many "bugs".

Fixed by unchecking protocol filtering in ESET 5
