Will Titanomachy also be placed on Sisi? Im not sure if such monuments get mirrored. Will we have to await a mirror, or will it pop up on the same date?

Would it be possible to see a graph comparing server load compared to HED? A Dogma Lateness Comparison? Or just a technical write up about why the servers did so well this time as compared to HED or previous battles?

I think we (player base) are just pleasantly surprised the node with stood the battle.

Nope, and you likely won't be seeing numbers like that anytime soon. I'm very much against CCP handing out 100% accurate and important, tactical and economic information to our players about the sandbox. If you want to know how many active titans there are atm, there are plenty of excellent killboards to mine for data! Twisted

Because there is zero chance that CCP and the null sec cartels want the true explosion in proliferation of supercaps in the game known, due to the blue'ing of null, letting PvE to be industrialized to a level never seen before, and the amount of incredibly rich players that can afford 100 billion ISK losses to explode in quantity as well.

A very few short years ago, 100 billion ISK in assets defined a small to medium sized alliance.
Now, we have individual players who replace Titan losses the next day.

These numbers are meaningless unless put in context of the overall supercaps in the game, and no way does CCP want that info to get out, as it trivializes this fight, which it should.

Oh, I also see no mention in this report about the fact that the 2 major protagonists, PL and cfc, have signed an agreement never to attack each other's primary ISK generation systems, which includes most of Eve Sov. This tussle was simply a staged fight, part of the thunderdome suggested by Shadoo months ago, a mechanism for very rich boys to play with very expensive toys.

Small things like that kind of put a damper on any marketing about how important this fight was, right?

Any chance this monument could be turned into a huge static salvaging site at some point in the future?

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

excellent battle summary CCP Dolan - was fun to read

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value

I think we all should take a moment and salute the super capital heros of N3PL for jumping into that blood bath outnumbered 2:1.

A long time ago in the Eve galaxy in another life, I had trained Caldari capital ships (it was the only Battleship skill I had at V). I find it interesting though that no Caldari Titans were present. I'd be curious to see what the numbers would be on racial types for the other capital ships.

Will any similar graveyards be added for past battles of significance (Asakai etc) or is this a one off? Will the wreck of 'Steve' be upgraded?

Even better would be a system which made any supercap wreck created a persistent feature in space from then on, would this even be possible?

Every time you post a WiS thread, Hilmar strangles a kitten.

There likely never will be an accurate number released anywhere, but educated guesses say that there were anywhere from around 500 up to a thousand. I would say 300-400 remaining is a good estimate.

I have to say... just wow.

I don't know a lot of people IRL that play this game. I've been getting texts from all over the country from non-EvE-player friends of mine asking me about this battle. They don't know how little I know (I know you guys do)... this fight turned some heads CCP. It would be interesting to see how many new subs we get from the coverage.

They will get a huge spike in new subs, no doubt.
But once the reality of the NPE hits.....

Though CCP will NEVER release the data, it would be very interesting to see the retention rate of new subs that are clearly not cyno / marketing alts.

I have heard it said that the number of lost titans in B-R was about 10% of the pre-engagement total.
