Bastion Module/Vargur Target Increase?

So I was running an SoE mission yesterday after the patch in my Vargur, and I started locking wrecks for tractoring... and I was shocked when I noticed I was able to lock more than 10. I checked my stats and indeed: Max Locked Targets 13. I've checked the patch notes and searched the forum, but I have no idea why this happened or when it was updated. I mean, awesome, but unexpected.

I do not remember if i was bastioned at the time, hence the fuzzy title. Anyone else?

Tuesday's patch notes mentions that the bastion module has been tweaked so that the marauder hulls can lock up to 13 targets should the player wish to fit an auto-targeting module.
