Hello all

I come here today to tell you about our campaign to get high sec back from the New Order.

Some of you may have had issues with them, or just heard about them but they are a growing scourge to high sec dwellers.

They bump miners, gank them, pod them and then tell them not to protest under a misguided code written by someone who believes himself invincible and beyond repercussions of the actions taken under the code.

Their website Miner Bumping tells of many tales but that's all it is, tales.

Most miners and industrialists aren't bots but people playing how they want to.

Don't get me wrong wrong bots are a bad problem and need to be dealt with properly by ccp and players reporting them, ganking anyone isn't a way to fix the issue as the likelihood of ganking an honest player goes up exponentially.

Now I'd like to draw your attention to our group of players trying to fight back the New Order.

Liber8eve is our main organisation which is planning group ops with dedicated fleet support, just look for our Halaima op, right in the New Orders home system. It was a complete success, we intend to do more of these and this is your invite.

Also the in game following is called The BrownCoat Syndicate it's a coalition of players/corps/alliances that have banded together for common goals of protecting high sec from the New Order.

I'm also inviting you to join us as well by posting this in your bio:-

You are giving them more power by diverting energy in their direction, even with this kind of effort.

If they are plaguing you, move. Change to another system or region. They are not everywhere.

I've only ever had 2 bumping encounters, but I've "watched" a bit happening to other folks. I have yet to see them ask for money or anything from anyone. Ever. Maybe they do, maybe they don't. They just invade, bump, and annoy.

Just get 2 screenshots of your "speedometer" obviously displaying a speed greater than the barge, or Orca's top speed from two separate bumpings, and forward them in a petition.

Your problem will be taken care of. At least temporarily.

Bumping is still allowed and always will be. But griefing is not. And there is a difference.

Why is W&T suddenly getting these shiptoasts in here?

If anything, this should have gone to CAOD.

The New Order do not effect anyone who posts in W&T.

They would have to leave high sec and shoot at things that shoot back before we took notice and even then - we probably still wont take any notice.

We low sec people already mine all day errry day without interference.

good to see, but its more than the code alliance you have to worry about, theres Insurance Fraud that has taken up the banner aswell and then theres the number of out of code supporters in other corps to include alts in npc corps.

They're pests with metastasized cancer of the ego. If they're pestering you in one system, go find another claim and let 'em suck vacuum. If you're trying to "defeat" them, then you're playing their rigged game by their rigged rules. They specialize in rule-lawyering their way around harassment regulations, so don't feed them - just stay quiet, mind your own business, and if they pursue you in a harassing way, drop the hammer on 'em without kicking up a storm. (That way they don't get fodder for their "tear collection". If they don't get what they want, then they fail, right?)

I myself have been so every corner of empire and have run into an "agent", their not limited to any one system or region, you try to mind your business and you just get blown up doing anything indy related because to them every miner in eve is considered a bot and should be killed. I have my reasons of being in empire after being through every part of EvE. From when i used to have a criminal back in the day you couldnt do anything in empire and now theres so many loopholes that theres people isoboxing destroyers and battleships at -10 on stargates with no engagements. and hunting the gankers are pointless as they hide in station the second something twitches a gun in their direction.

The nerfing of highsec pvp and the loopholes you complain about are the main reason the New Order exists. Using the changes CCP made to protect the carebears to destroy them is intended to be both ironic and infuriating.

From the ease of escaping wardecs to the huge increases in mining ship built-in tank and cargo capacity the game has swung wildly in the direction of more safety and more ability to AFK on the behalf of the miners. Crimewatch, the nerfing of can-flipping and now the rapid response to the Mobile Tractor Unit tactic all have nerfed highsec pvp.

I assume calling something a loophole means you believe it should be closed. The demands for safety will NEVER end.

And we will keep pushing back.

All Highsec miners must follow the New Halaima Code of Conduct or be subject to bumping or ganking.  No permit, no mining. www.minerbumping.com

So the 9000th group to fight the NO has formed.
Luckily they have learnt the lessons of why all the others have failed.

1. they learned that NO like it when people fight back......oh wait not this one.
2. They learned that miners don't fight back so the rebel group consists of 1-2 guys who have little clue what they are doing.....oh wait not this one either.
3. The only decent players that formed a rebel group switched sides when they realised the NO are correct.
4. They realised that NO are friendly to code compliant miners and in fact very helpful. (tested with an alt a while back)...... nope not this one either.
5. They realised that miners who are aware of what is going on around them /members of the new order will have increased income due to more ships dieing and less competition and only the stupid/ botters /afk suffer

my mistake this is just another generic fail attempt to get revenge for a fail fit barge that will be over before anyone notices they exist.

This tbh, I think a lot of peope who try and organise something like this fail to realise that this is exactly what the NO wants you to do, ie. stop afk mining and actually interact with other players. No matter how this eventually works out they win, its actually pretty clever and I take my imaginary space hat off to Mr 315.

They fight? Never saw NO fighting. When we were after them they docked, logged off... anything but fight like a man. They are cowards and bad at PvP, THAT is the reason why they gank miners. Maybe i'll join your next op, it's been a while since i killed NO's. Believe me it's fun, they are clueless about PVP.

I went to check your kill history to see which of our Agents you were referring to in your quote. Unfortunately, none of the kill boards seem to have ever heard of you.

From this I can only conjecture that the New Order personnel you have attempted to pvp were very good at evading you OR you are posting on an alt because you don't want the New Order to divert any attention in your direction, ie, know who you are.

As for bad at PvP. Our members are players and the people they shoot are players. So its pvp. If you disagree I suspect you have one of those "special" definitions that we often hear about. In Eve, of course, almost everything is pvp.

Perhaps your version of pvp requires someone to slap someone else with their glove before the shooting starts. You will not be surprised to hear that exerting control over all of highsec has required us to be more ruthless than that.

PvP is shooting at someone who has no weapons fitted? Didn't know that. I call it ganking. Lol @NO coming after me, they don't enter Wspace, there are no stations to hide in.
