Obviously we don't want graphics glitches on our assets, especially our new or V3 updated content.

When you see graphics errors like this, please file a defect on them, we will get the defect and we will fix it.

I will have a look at the Gallente station with the obviously warped UV's, and the new techno pod (where I coincidentally agree with you on the somewhat over sized blinky).

About the bubbles, I will inquire about the warped poles as well.

Does this include geometry gaps? because Most V3 ships are full of them

If what you mean by that, are actual holes in the mesh, then yes, that most deferentially include geometry gaps.

Please either file defects on the ships in question, or list them here for me.

CCP BlueScreen, Here is a list of ships that have graphic issues on their textures, some of them are rather small, but i'll include them anyway and show how to find them.

Ships i know have geometry gaps: ( ill snap some pictures, and bug report it later today )

Vargur:
The ship has a structure right above the lower wing (the part where the little panels open when in bastion mode)
there is a large gap on the underside of this structure through which you can see through the ship itself.

Kronos:
Background light seems to leak trough the part of thip right above the moveable piece that supports turret 5 and 6

Tornado
there is a horizontal gap in the center of the ship when viewing the ship sideway's

What happens when you run a stable armor tanking Rep. cycle at something like 3/4 to 1/2 armor, does holes, fires and hull breaches just abruptly appear and disappear between each cycle? that could get really old really fast.
Same goes for shield damage, while hull would usually be a very short glimpse of damage before you go belly up.

Not to say we are not still aiming towards having something like this visually represented, we would absolutely love that, but it is a separate and more complicated matter than wrecks themselves.

i think the answer for that is an old electronic answer called hysteresis

Wouldn't it be easier to just have visible hull damage once you enter structure? I mean... that's pretty much how it works already. Shield and armor damage effects could just be localized to the ship model and made temporary with some identifiable animations for when you get hit, lose shield/armor, or regain shield/armor.

Making these animations run in a smooth and recognizable manner shouldn't be too difficult. Visible hull damage would just work the way the same way you enter structure now: It appears and is persistent until you repair your ship. Of course, to avoid complications, the hull damage effects shouldn't be implemented in a way that contradicts a ship's function. (e.g. Areas with visible hardpoints aren't destroyed, but other areas possess visible battle damage. This would make it so that local repair modules don't jarringly recreate something out of thin air.)

LOTS of stuff could be done.

When in shields the damage hits a spot of shield, shield boosted could pulse out a shield like bubble that fades in visiblity very quickly, like in mass effect when your shields come back up, and when armor is hit, you see a small puff or little texture flakes sort of flash off the spot it's hit.

Then of course you could make it so in hull the shots go right through the ship, maybe hull damage like blood splatter from a gunshot, only spaceship bits instead.

Oh, I perfectly understand, Hal Morsh — a mission like this requires courage, skill, and heroism… qualities you are clearly lacking. Have you forgotten you're one of the bloody immortals!?

I know it is only a small thing, but it really annoys me. When I zoom in on my Ishtar, and many other ships, the words CREO DRON are crystal sharp along with the reflections, lines of the ship etc. BUT why, oh why are the portal windows so pixcelly and blurry? I run Eve on full graphics. It would be nice to see the windows clearly as well. Thanks :)

because the windows are part of the overall texture of the ship which has a much lower resolution than the manufacturer decal.
they may even have the same resolution, with the ship texture stretched over a lot more surface ^^

Alas, the only solution for such a problem would be to release a high-resolution texture pack. We're supposed to be getting that at some point... P

Those are privacy filters that are placed over windows by the capsule’s software that translates the input from your ship sensors to your mind.
