Yes, I too want to learn what skills I need. however, I am unable to be as forthcoming as you. Can you give me some pointers on how to ask a question in a froum, then berate everyone that answers in a way you don't like?

So this is a case of selling a char with a bunch of skills trained to level 1? please let me know when it is ready as I love to buy chars to save the 100m ISK in skillbooks that I couldn't get hold of myself.

Actually most of them are at Lvl 2. Learn to post right.

And this will be my last post since all of the trolls in eve seem to be replying to this post.

You all have a great time trolling other posts, because by the way it looks, noone can answer the simple question that I asked.

All I get is BS from posters/trolls that do not know how to fly a loki, so they post BS instead.

Depends entirely how you intend to fly it? standard pvp fits require shield or armor tanking skills trained, t2 medium autocannons with all supports. t2 heavy assaults and supports. fitting skills, navigation skills

But really, you're being a complete **** and its really not that difficult to find out the answer to your question
