I'm very much hoping this 'bug' was an experiment to see how people would react to the idea. As expected no-one in high sec or low sec cares and null sec is devided between 'THIS IS AWESOME' and 'OH GOD I CAN'T UNDOCK!'.

This was a triumph.



High sec cares (anyone who is at war)

Low cares (FW needs the same mechanics)

Just cause you think a certain way dont sweep everyone in High and Low into your corner. I am on the High sec part of this and you Sir are wrong. Standings are vital to this game.

Yes, let's focus on things like Salvage drones, when some people can't even log on to play because there is an error with jump gates and accel gates that turns your computer into a brick when you approach one. I can't even play the game because of stability issues, but at least salvage drones work.
Priorities CCP. 1) Stability, 2) Functionality, 3) Bells & whistles

oh yeah, and because my game crashed at a jump gate, it continues to crash every time i try to log on because i warp from dead space right back to the same jump gate. I'm in a cycle of constant crashes the completely locks up my entire PC.

Remember, CCP have stated many times before that changing one line of code which affects drones can break something else entirely, the code is a mess, they're doing the best they can with what they have. Give CCP a break, they're working on it.

Want it fixed faster, find the bugs, get the logs, post them. Only real way of helping, stop complaining and deal with it.

actually in game, in inventory, right click plex, activatie plex. addititional training. confirm doesn't do anything.

Here, have u set yer client to run in DX9 and not DX11?
I was having the same crash issues post the update yesterday..crashing within a minute of the game loading every time...this change to downgrade the DX to DX9 has at least resolved that for now.

I think a notice should be put into the launcher about the DX11 issue and its workaround. I'm sure many players never read the forums and only encounter a non-working game, if they are affected by it.

try running the game on direct x 9 instead of 11, get the launcher up, click the cog icon and do a little digging it's in there

In the top right corner (I think..working from memory here) of the launcher is a little icon that sets the preferences...it's in there.
Deffo give this a try and leave on DX9 until you read here the DX11 issues are resolved I'd say...

The Omni Tracking Links are completely borked. As soon as I activate them, my optimal range is lower than without. lol
I guess the tracking speed is borked than aswell...

So, why are there modifications to assault ships not listed in "changes", nor patch notes????

Hawk nerfed in 5% missile damage, only kept the kinetic bonus........ Vengeance nerfed in 5%rocket damage... at least these 2 i remember "the old traits".... what else was ommited from the patch notes so players dont complaind about nerfs?

I have the same AMD crash issue on gate approach but funny enough only occurs when using my freighter on this account. My other accounts on the same rig no problem

Running this account on my laptop does not produce the problem - it runs and nvidea chipset.

The dx9 fix corrects the problem on my main PC.
