Do you gain Corp Faction quicker when you do missions for a small corp as opposed to a larger one? Or is it all the same?

No difference for faction gains.

Your query is mis-worded and likely to confuse.

There is no such thing as "Corp Faction." I think you mean to ask if corporate standings gains are faster depending on the size of the corporation you mission for.

The answer is yes, but I can not be bothered to look for the source. Run several missions for a school and then try to get those same missions with a huge corporation. All other things being equal (level, system security, etc) you will notice the school (or any other tiny or small corporation) gives higher corporate standings gains for the same missions.

You are right, I meant Corp Standings. So it would be quicker to reach lvl 4s for a small corp but I would end up with fewer agents to pick from. Do I figure that right?

You are right, but look at the bigger picture. You get level 4 storylines faster. Access to these make gaining Faction standings faster. Once you get high enough faction standings you get access to any level four agent within the faction regardless the corporation.
