Skill points per hour?

So according to Eveboard, I'm currently earning about 101 SP an hour.
2424 A day seems a bit low.
Any suggestions or confirmations that I'm not insane and this is not normal?

2424 an hour would be more normal if you had +4s .

Train your primary learning skills to 5 and your advanced ones to at least 4.

sp per minute = primary skill+secondaryskill*0.5

so yeah eveboard's wrong

The fastest you can get is --

27 (+5) + (21 (+5)) * .5
32 + 26 = 58 per minute

This means, 3480 per hour.

A more practical amount is

21 (+4) + (21 (+4)) * .5 = 37.5

This comes out to 2250 per hour.

i installed EveMON and turns out its 1950Sp/hr
makes more sense.

Ive been playing since 06 off and on and remember the Learning skills as well.. just 101 an hour seemed extremely low. guess its because it is :/

I think you skipped the *.5 in your max calculation.

Actual max is only 2700SP/hour

That's why I use +5's. It helps to offset the days I forget and train nothing at all.

2610 sp/hr is what I get training skills with +4s with optimized remap

You mean 32 + 26*.5 = 32 + 13 = 45 sp/min
45 sp/min * 60 min/hr = 2700 sp/hr

Eveboard Sp per hour is based on the date your character was created.
So if your an 06 toon with 1m sp your average sp per bour will be very slow.
