could some one help me understand this preferably a dev or GM.
this comes straight from the patch notes: PVE
NPC bounty payments in null sec reduced by pay out 95% of full value..... does this mean we get 95 percent less that what it was originally worth when we killed it before the new patch? because if so you've just killed ratting and made it a waste of time.

Iit's responsible for the vast majority of the ISK injected into the game, according to CCP. Unlike high sec income, you get it without interacting with other players. High sec income comes largely from LP, which have to be converted to items, which have to be sold to other players on the market, and which sink ISK to boot. Nullsec anom income is ISK created out of thin air and deposited straight into your wallet--plus the occasional tasty drop.

That's also why the ESS pays out LP. Not only will you make more money from the ESS, you'll also make some of it from other players, and sink some ISK in the process.
