Lower FPS on second display

Hi there,

I'm running EVE in borderless windowed mode. On my primary display I have 60 frames without any drops. If I change the graphic adapter to my second display I only have 30-40 frames. In fullscreen mode I get 60 frames, too. Unfortunatly I can't use my primary display in this case, so this isn't a solution for me.

Why does it behave so strangely? Is it the normal behavior - does everyone have the same problem?
I already reinstalled my OS and all drivers are up to date.

Example video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tcme4zgrA8Y

CPU: Intel Core i5 2500K @ 4.3 GHz
Board: ASUS P8P67 Rev 3.0
GPU: MSI N670GTX Power Edition OC
RAM: 8 GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3
Display: 2x BenQ GW2760S @ 1920x1080
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Thanks in advance!

when you are switching the display screen are you in borderless? If so I run 2 clients one per monitor on windowed borderless. the client im using runs at 60 fps and the other defaults to 30 but will go to 60 if i click on it. I think that is your issue. if you want to switch monitors while you are in borderless just drag it over to the other monitor and see if it fixes your issue.

Thanks for your response.
I'm using the "Fixed Window" mode. This is the same like a borderless window in 1920x1080.
When I'm switching it, the window gets the focus. In this case I don't need to activate it by clicking on it.

Unfortunately, this isn't my issue :(

I finally fixed the issue.
I created a custom display resolution in the nVidia control center. All values are on default setting except the monitor timing. I changed it to "CVT - reduced blanking".
