I've been on and off Eve for a while now and I've yet to actually stick to the game and join a corp that I devote to.
I tend to just roam lowsec in hopes of a fair fight (Yet to come across one aha) but I think it'd be so much more fun if I were flying with others and not solo all the time.

I'm also really eager to learn

I'm really interested in joining a FW corp that like to do roams in small gangs at a time but aren't too elitist, I don't want to be kicked and shouted at if I make a little mistake.~

It'd also be good to be in a corp that allows their members to just dive in whenever and join in with the fun and gangs (Like RvB)
